Return & Refund Policy

At RKD Rubber, customer satisfaction is important to us. We take great care in manufacturing and packaging our products to ensure they reach customers in excellent condition.

Returns Accepted Only for Defective Products

RKD Rubber accepts returns only in cases where the product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.

Conditions for Return

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The customer must notify RKD Rubber within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • Clear photographs or videos showing the defect must be provided.
  • The product must remain in its original packaging wherever possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following products cannot be returned:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling.
  • Products altered or modified after delivery.
  • Custom-made, OEM, Private Label, or bulk manufacturing orders.
  • Products purchased during clearance or special promotions.

  • Order Number
  • Product Name
  • Description of defect
  • Supporting photographs

Refunds & Replacements

After verification of the defect:

  • RKD Rubber may offer a replacement product, or
  • Issue a refund at its sole discretion.

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method.

Shipping Costs

If the return is approved due to a manufacturing defect, RKD Rubber will bear the applicable return shipping costs.
